guys, i dont know if any of you have experienced it nor i dont want to scare you, but my jasper has been struck with RRoD.it is jasper set as has been confirm by me and bernard (gamers solution). i have asked my brother to do anything possible (swap the power brick with my cousin's xbox, change AV cable, try different power socket) but that doesn't change anything. bernard says it will took 3 to 8 month to send to singapore and if i want him to fix it will cost 100 but of course it will void the warranty. damn! it didnt reach 7 month yet. my xenon is staying longer than that. what do you guys recommend?

i dont know. maybe because to save transportation cost so have to wait for certain amount of console to send to microsoft singapore. going to claim for warranty only for one console is not cost-effective right? i just assumed that. maybe bernard has better explanation than me.

No. mine has been hit. Although the chance to get RRoD for jasper is very low. maybe i'm just a little bit unlucky.

yes, maybe i'm unlucky. but that's okay since i have second xbox. from my opinion, it's safe for you to buy it. if you're really afraid, just buy xbox slim. and dont forget to support originals.

true that. Jasper is not really a perfect revision. there's still a chance that RRoD will still occur. but the failure rate is lower compared to previous revisions. like i said, maybe my jasper is "out of Spec" in the bell curve (you will understand if you learn statistics.)
