Update us with more info regarding the registration please. Like who to contact, etc. And if there is any other way to register other than the fax & scan, cuz honestly, its abit hard for some people to fax/scan.

Any way to hand the form directly? Is there any person we can contact to enquire about the event other than writing our problems here and wait for u to answer it?

We need more details on what the organizer will provide.
Like what type of monitor n size, or if can, exact brand n model.
Type of table and chair that is going to be provided.
Got surau to pray or not?
Got place to bath or not?
How near is the nearest toilet? If we got hundreds of players, I dont think the grandhall toilet will accommodate. Make sure 24 hours ade cleaner or else the toilet will stink very fast.
Do we have contact with outside world?
How many power point they provide?
What happen if got overvoltage and its the venue fault?
What kind of food they provide? Vegan friendly?
Access to drinking water?

Yeah, it is gaming console, but this is the LAN party. Looking at the R&R, I'm not sure if we can play console there. Besides, participant are required to be in front of their PC for the rest of the 38 hours, unless during the timeout.

This is an email i got from the organizers.

Hi there. Ive got a group of 8-10 friends who are interested and we wanna join the GameFest 09. But the only thing unclear to me is whether can we use laptop for gaming? Your rules and regulations posted at LYN forum stated that CPU only. Please clarify this asap. Thx

Reply: Hi, for your info, it's true that only CPU. This is because AMD want every participant to use their processor and even their graphic cards. They will upgrade your CPU for the event.

What is this bullcrap? manipulated here and there. go there later in the end say must use CPU. Waste time and money. Stupid organizers cant even clearly state rules and regulations.

What kinda lan party doesnt allow laptops? Sigh. Really dissapointed with MMU GDC.

Jst manage to kacau the organizer for u guys and here are the answers:

1. Monitor confirm all 19++ inch and above LCD. Either samsung or sony they will sort it out.
2. There will be a special room where you can rest and pray and everything else covered.
3. Dont worry about the power supply as everything will be sufficient. They hired pros to do all the cabelling so rest assured.
3. Yes you have contact with the outside world. You're not isolated like Survivor.
4. All sorts of food will be provided. Vegetarian too.
5. The toilet very near. There will be cleaner but please take care of your personal hygiene. Remember to "aim and flush". You can bath in the toilet but i noe i wont. Im d type who like to jimat air. tongue.gif

Oh ya good news about the registration part. They have confirm with me that they have receive a lot of registration this past 2 days, mainly from Lowyat.net. Soon there will be someone contacting you guys to confirm and they will put up a list of those who have registered. Currently they jst reach around 100 so better hurry up and register! Remember 1st come 1st serve basis.

To register you can send your details to cyberfusion2009@gmail.com(official) or cyberfusion2009@mygozone.com(they will forward to gmail). Both email works.

Another gd news is that since there would be many coming from lowyat, they will give us a dedicated server just to host our games. So you can install any game and play together~ ^^

Thats all i guess. Oh and the website is down coz they gonna make it better with more info. Most probably will be up 2moro ^^
