u misunderstood my post. I dont discriminate the malaysian, srsly. I just share the passion for dota with everybody that like this game as well. Otherwise it is a bad joke of you. Either you respond with useful information or you keep silent.
Now let's stop insulting each other. Im as excited as you are on the replays of the final between Ks and Fishnet. rclxm9.gif

Last 16

DNA-SK > Epic
INC > Va w4si
Fishnet > Irelax
PMS > Sino
Ks > Amazone
Axis.GWSG > W/X
Faze > T2
Mineski > TNS

Last 8

DNA-SK > INC
Fishnet > PMS
Ks > A.GWSG
Mineski > Faze

Semi

Fishnet > DNA-SK
Kingsurf > Mineski.Tbun

3rd-4th

Mineski.Tbun > DNA-SK

Final

Kingsurf > Fishnet

Highlights :

1. 3 full Singaporean teams participated in this tournament and all 3 managed to reach the Quarterfinal stage. They are Axis.GWSG, Fazethemusic and PMS. Where PMS has in it 2 female gamers!
2. The 3 game series of the semifinals between Kingsurf and Mineski.Tbun definitely is the replays worth your time watching. For Mineski having both hands on Ks' throat at game 2 after winning game 1 comfortably they simply lost it due to the combination of pure genius from all 5 of Kingsurf players. Ks Tofu admitted after the game that he was barely playing on at that time with 1 hand clutching his mouse sensing the imminent defeat until a stroke of genius by Yamateh at the Roshan area gave them a ray of light at their darkest hour and Ks took full advantage. With their momentum winning at game 2 brought them an early lead at game 3, Ks suddenly decided to murder everyone having a faint heart watching live. For some reason, they decided to trade 2 of their raxes with a roshan kill and traded another 2 more of their raxes for a throne tower, bypassing Mineski 2 mid raxes. With the rax score at 0-4 down, suddenly Ks looks sure of defeat until pure genius saved their lives once again with a few perfectly executed combos taking Mineski.Tbun down.

sick sick games by mineski, their ganks and teamplay were hell of a watch. pity they made some costly mistakes in both matches. great comeback from ks though.

all in all, malaysian teams proving that they are out there with the best once again.

Hey guys. Sorry about the demo's being mixed up...uploaded them about 2hrs after I arrived back in Australia...hence the mistake, if you spot anymore give me a hoi. It has been fixed now. You will find the correct demo here

http://www.gamestah.com/file/view/2416

BTW...a good indication that it was the wrong files was i labeled the grand final as 3 rounds long, where it only lasted 2 rounds.

Oh, and Old DaI, We put so much work into the Coverage of DOTA because we love the game. Of course we will support the australian DOTA scene as much as we can, but we are also here as a service to the world. That is why we are trying to cast as many international matches as possible (of course our majority is AUS ladders as they are the main people who contact us for casting). If you do know international Ladders that you would like covered then post on our website

www.gamestah.com

or contact myself and I will see if we can organise people to shoutcast matches. If you are also interested in shoutcasting yourself then put an application into gamestah. I am currently looking for people with good game knowledge and a general talent for shoutcasting. Do be warned tho, I understand that DOTA players have some of the highest standards out of most E-sport gamers, hence I am very picky about who we put behind the mic.

Hope you guys enjoyed the coverage at cyber fusion 2009, remember we cover alot of games so check it out. ATM tho my favourtie DOTA game is the 3rd Round of the semi final - Kingsurf vs Mineski. If you haven't seen the Video shoutcast of it yet..... then you should... http://www.gamestah.com/file/view/2395 - you will find it there

I seriously laughed my arse off when i saw it........notce 1 the bags under my eyes....and 2...the lack of breathing...all due to the fact that Red Bull was sitting just down from the camera view smile.gif

Mate no offense taken, we like hearing all of the views of our listeners (only way we can improve the shoutcasts).

If you are interested in shoutcasting, we do train shoutcasters, but please be aware, that alot of it is on the spot learning, I can only provide guidance. But you never know if you don't try, so if you want to have a crack at it go to

http://www.gamestah.com/help/apply

Fill in the form as much as possible, and you will get a reply from us pretty fast smile.gif If not you can always track me down on msn: toby_dawson@hotmail.com or PM me on the gamestah forums

sHirO....not quite sure what you were saying.....is the demo still the wrong one ? (as that is the only file i got from the admins of the competition).

Oh...and almost forgot.

Some of the demo's are of an older version of WC3 (for some reason the guys in the record breaking lan part were running the old version). The only way to run it is if you have the older version of the game saved somewhere. Remember that those games we covered from that all had GTV coverage, so you still watch the video on that one. All the other demo's that we have taken from the main tourney should all be on the latest version.

Hope that helps smile.gif Anymore questions for me post up on the gamestah forums as i check that more than these smile.gif

BTW grats to mski.tbun-Omgosh for finding the gamestah forums. As you can see from the posts straight after your post....not alot of people have any idea about DOTA in australia...that is why we are covering it...so everyone can enjoy a quality DOTA match.

As i am editing this post i may as well let you guys know. The Semi final match of Kingsurf vs Mineski Round 3 has broken records here at gamestah. Now holding the title of the most listened to shoutcast in Gamestah's history...and more people are still looking at it. Makes us here at gamestah feel very appreciated from the KL and whole DOTA community

Record breaking cast -> http://www.gamestah.com/file/view/2395
