So far, from what I've read, the rubber hoses on the OJR Heldigunner are the only ones that have lasted the longest without breakage.
Mine was kept away from direct sunlight and still they split. I don't think TakaraTomy will do anything much about them though, Buyus.
This is an old design from the 80s and was previously released under different versions, as well. I don't know if replacements can be easily found since Deadborder also uses the same hoses.
I didn't see a black and dark grey, two-tone colouring on this, unlike the other Guylos Dark Zoids that Sir Edmaestro has. The greenish parts doesn't seem to glow in the dark but it is luminescent if the light sources are correct.
In terms of movement - the legs paddle, almost like "skipping" when on the floor. Very cute.
The big gun on its back also moves up and down and the mouth opens and closes, like a hungry little Zoid.
The tail and canopy are manually positioned. I was surprised to find, however, that the tail gun doesn't really turn 180 degrees. Very stiff even after I trimmed the circular base a little. And only one pilot! Cannot remember if other Heldigunners came with two.
Nevertheless, GRZ Heldigunner is a pretty Zoid. Maybe it's just nostalgia talking since we (my bro, my cousin and I) had one (or two?) a long, long time ago.
@Edmaestro: Very nice HMM Irvine Wolf box illustration. Was it confirmed that sitting and standing Irvine figure also comes with it? I wonder if Mercy Rabbit was hinting that HMM Gustav is going to roll along soon?
