the whole Liberty City is rendered in sweet sweet cell shaded graphic,

This is not just "another" GTA, it almost felt like a sequel to GTA4 & Lost and Damned.

I played the new GTA Lost and Damned, the plot and the story were not as good as Chinatown Wars.

I love this game,
the thrilled i have with this game is almost like when i first played Okami Wii and No More Heroes.
