QUOTE(roy_pck @ Mar 19 2009, 10:33 PM) let's complain together la! bark them everyday! we are the customers...come on man! This is my email to TM. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Hi Sir/ Madam,
I am Mr. XXX and I am your customer of streamyx 1mbps combo package. My log in ID is XXX.
I am happy with the services provided all the while but since end of last year, I encountered slow connection for streamyx. I found out that I has been assigned to 115.134.X.X IP range and no matter how many times i reconnect, my IP is still within that particular range, which gives me extremely slow speed. Nevertheless, I am having difficulty to assess to certain web pages such as www.youtube.com, www.facebook.com, www.nba.com etc. I also found out that my ISP is Core IP Network Development (not Telekom Malaysia Berhad)!
I am writing this email to seek your assistance to reset or transfer my port, in order for me to assess to other IPs such as 60.X.X.X, 118.X.X.X and 218.111.X.X IP.
Please feel free to contact me at XXX shall you need further information. I am looking forward for this problem to be solved within 2 working days, otherwise I will take further action by lodging a report to MCMC and medias.
Thank you.
Cheers, XXX
Do you know that IP CORE DEVELOPMENT is part of TM?

QUOTE(uncleJ @ Mar 21 2009, 11:10 AM) Just my own anecdotal experience... office @ damansara uptown area, using dynamic IP also, gets a 115.x (or was that 118.x, I forgot), and never gets 60.x. Connection like shiat. At home (Shah Alam area) I almost always get 60.x, and it's way better. Opposite from most people right? Slow at home but fast at office? Haha. It's bad for work though, so slow and laggy and crap, very hard to do work because opening email takes minutes just to wait for inbox to appear, ugh. You are using Streamyx business package right? Why don't you file a complain with TM and see what they can do? As far as I know, business users gets priority in support and customer officers were usually attentive when listening to business users' complains.
