Mayb u can have a look at Mid Valley, i forgot the shop's name but there is an eyebrow specialist shop at 1st or 2nd floor near Jusco side, facing the escalator.
Eyebrow shaping cost about RM10-20.

yaya...Empro is recommended~
i always have my eyebrow shaping there...
but then please be careful ya~
cause there were one time, the person that help me with the eyebrow shaping finished off the shaping in 5 minutes~!! =.=
and the results werent that satisfying...
so the next time i back there
i told the beauty advisor there about my previous experience...
so that she will be more careful when shaping it for me...

anyhow Empro is a good eyebrow specialist~

I feel totally disappointed by your service crew.
First, I went to Mid Valley 11.11.11 for eyebrow trimming. Surprisingly, there was only one person working there and she was busy doing embroidery for another customer. In a nutshell, there was no one at the counter to service!
Second, I went to Mid Valley again 04.12.11 that was yesterday and your crew was so unprofessional and rude! I waited for a girl named, Liew there for her. And she just pushed me to another girl saying that got another customer waiting for her for long time. I never said I cannot wait, but she was just push me to another person and make me feel like I was begging her?
Next, come the other girl who supposed to do eyebrow trimming for me. I showed her roughly what kind of shape I preferred as based on my previous experience, I mentioned clearly that I would not like my eyebrow to be too fine but your people still make it just a line. This is the 1st time a person from empro told me it is impossible for me to make it like that! I just want it to be natural, impossible? What kind of attitude your team is showing to a client? Furthermore, she was in a rude tone and was like impatient.
Please train your team to be more customer friendly and professional. Your people is getting worst from the many experience I tried in your booth.

This is what I feed back to empro. It is totally different kind of service they are giving nowadays. mad.gif

Read lots of rave reviews about Shu Uemura's Brow Atelier...though I personally haven't tried it yet. blush.gif
