I wanna ask more about the value added service. Noob questions though.
If the bid item currently is 4000 yen, and I bid for maximum 5000 yen. Then the bidding will bid from the lowest like 4100 yen and up till the maximum bid? Or just straight bid for 5000 yen? And about the authenticity and condition of the item. How can it be confirmed? Should the buyer, for example me, do so? |
