I also have 3 po pending n already send an email to enquiry@animetsu but no reply seems like not a good sign .... If also no reply in this tread that mean I think my po may be cancelled... So cross my fingers

well,previously he posted that all the PO b4 this r confirm available(well i not too sure since myself oso got 3 PO) but now waiting in japan for posting to here... y not try pm/leave msg to him at tenshi no cafe facebook? later i migjt sms him to ask him to post an explaination here...

i hv order few figures which were realeased for around 1 mth (i already help my friend to collect the figure at other shop) but i still not received any information from Animetsu to collect it, this make me affraid of my others PO which i think will be the same issue.
Confirm PO really confirm? I'm in doubt.

i ask the same question last few pages b4 this n that the answer he give... i got order which oledi release more than 2 months now n 1 of them was miku...

the statement is not very convincing
thats the problem
it is kinda sad when it comes to this stage when i put all my PO on animetsu based on trust
now this trust like backfired on me

anyway, i just sent sms over
not sure is his number or not
but still if no updates by tonight
consider all my 22 orders voided instantly

i will get from somewhere else

i just need constant status update on all the PO... i can understand the delay, but i also need assurance that i will eventually receive the item...

guys, all preorders are confirmed cancelled, check animetsu's site for the update, have to start looking for alternative sources now

Rather sad, released items like my Nendo HMO would be a pain to find now

yeah, the ones that are yet to be released should be ok, its the ones that have been released that will be troublesome to source.

Well finally we get a confirm answer from animetsu.
Rather sad that i'm new customer for animetsu which hv not been collect even 1 of my preorder figure from th 12unit i've order.......
Even next time animetsu reopen i think i need to think twice or third b4 i press the preorder button....... such a bad experience

OMG now the confidence with animetsu gone down the pipe. Already fast fast find other source but i think animetsu should have annouce earlier if they cannot deliver the po so nobody get bad experince now.....

well...i manage to find most of my PO'ed figures from other sources...except nendo HMO....arghhh

i cant get my belove mio & azusa now...... really WTF?!!

Words cannot express the disappointment felt here... all this would not have happened if your handling of the shipments are not delayed for months, yes months and not just one month mind you.

I may have jumped to conclusions and I apologize if I did but if you ask me you should not tried to expand too quickly by setting up your maid cafe (Tenshi no cafe?) whilst sidetracking/ignoring your figure line business which has a lot of loyal customers.

This begs the question of how will you now present yourself to your customers now that you have your cafe up and running but this business down the drain so to speak?
