Sorry everyone for the late reply. I actually has pass the operation entirely over to Singapore's staffs, where they will coordinating it with the part time staffs here.
Currently we are only selling in-stock items, there are no preorders so far until we get the custom issue resolved with satisfaction from the Japan's side. They are afraid to send over items by bulk now due to the custom asking for extra money & unreasonably holding the items. However, certain items ordered from 3rd party still able to ship over with minimum quantity.

They do have a point, those PO's that have passed like nendroid HMO that would be hard to recover, but yet to be released stuff can still be salvaged.
