As the role of pharmacists is very wide, there is always opportunities for job...especially with the liberalisation of PRP training...If you seek job in gov sector, then there might be problem with employment but in private sector, currently many role of pharmacists are being taken over by graduates from other fields (e.g. chemist, microbiolgist, etc), so employment in private sector is not a very big problem.
So, 'flooding' in terms of number might happen, but the job opportunities is there for those who wanted to work...
