is it send/call to any mobile/house number use it without minus my cureent money ?

i can't surfing internet with my mobile
i using maxis prepaid broadband which i change my service to prepaid broadband from hotlink
today midnight i still can surf internet using mobile,but from morning until now i can't surf at all using opera mini 5.1
is it any problem ?

now the opera mini cant use also seems it need to be online install when u click it =.=

then i click yes,and stuck for few second,pop out the message as ur picture

till today still can't online using my mobile with opera mini for free

so means if wan use must pay money ?
