Hi,

I'm asking here if anyone know how to solve this issue. Last 3 month, I share a top up with my brother.But after that, for every month, its auto share to my brother without any alert sms to me. I top up on monthly basis for RM30, and it will do the 'auto' share topup 2-3 time per month. This month alone, I lost RM15.

Tried to call Hotlink Customer care, said they cannot do anything, like block all share top up application. they just asked me to reply 'NO' to hotlink when they send confirmation sms.

The thing is, i dun get any alerts/sms telling me i share a top up, and my brother just receive a notification sms telling him he got it from me, which he does not do it at all....

why last night i use super savers only rm1 for 30minute?
last time rm3 for 30minute at 12.30...

maxis change the price already?

dont complain..
its cheap..
just use it..
later if u complain they will charge u more..
or maybe they have some kind of promotion now..

You can use the *100# menu and then you answer 4 then you can choose from there.

but super saver not save so much..
hyc are better...

I always get the message saying this promotion has not started/ ended for today

rm1 for 30 mins is cheap

I was considering signing up with Maxis Value Plan 50. After I spoke with one of the consultant by dialing their customer service, can anyone re-confirm if any of these is true or not

1. Value Plan 50 is like a pre-paid. You have a credit of RM50, which you will use as per the plan's rate charges. This credit is inclusive of all forms of services (calls (local & other networks), SMS (local, other networks, international), MMS, 3G, 1800, 1300, 103, IDD, voicemail) basically everything that is related to your usage charges.

2. Are those extra Value Added Services (besides those that are given free) signed up included within the RM50, or on top of that?

3. Bill payment. If your actual usage is less than RM50, say RM30, you will be charged RM50 + RM30. If above RM50, let's say RM60, then you pay RM60. I was shocked to hear this from the consultant. According to her, this is because Maxis encourages you to use RM50 and above?

4. There is no contract attached to this plan. If you want to downgrade to the Value First RM30, you can do it anytime. If you want to upgrade, your account must be at least more than 6 months.

Mind you all the above information is from the Maxis consultant over their customer service number.

1. Correct or some sort like that.
2. Value added service will be charge on top of RM50, not within.
3. She is wrong. Less than RM50 then u have to pay RM50. If more then u have to pay more.
4. Not so sure about that but i have been downgrade and upgrade my rate plan every now and then. Just make sure u did not take a contract plan with them, usually for customer to get cheaper phones. Those cheap phone plan cannot be change i think.

buy super saver go to the easy menu *100#

I know but everytime got the message saying either not yet started or ended
