go to maxis center,tell them ur simcard dead,they will replace 1 for u .. they will ask u which simcard u want(3g,normal->got 2 size)) .. charge apply
take about 5min only smile.gif ..
if ur old simcard still can read,then they will help u transfer ur contact to new sim .. rclxms.gif
