how do we do business with overseas buyer? what is the way to ensure that payment is fulfill before starts shipping out?
Some buyers only wish to pay deposit or downpayment first, how can we trust them? Country: Taiwan, china and USA. Do bank conduct this money transit as middle man with a fee ? |
