Going to renown FMCG in malaysia might not be a good move. Companies are starting to go leaner every year meaning out sourcing their products to co packer is becoming a norm. I'm not surprise to hear someone to 'claim' that even huge FMCG like nestle in Malaysia offered vss to it's staff. Labour cost in Malaysia is bound to increase and all company will try to squeeze as much profit as possible.
Unless you are going to work at a solid/key position in FMCG company, you are better off working some where else. This is thru my experience working in the industry.
