I guess Proton knows our concern about the power and those stuff, because there has been no such pre-launch review/test drive in Proton that is allowed to be posted before launch...

As far as i know, when Proton Saga had its media test drive in Cyberjaya before the real launch, there was not a single report in the media, in this case, i mean an article...the test drive report only allowed to be published after the real launch...

But this time, medias are allowed to test drive and write about it even before launch.....i sense something different...

Look at the location they choose for test drive as well, which is Karak...

Based on these things, i think somehow, Proton knows people's concern on power and pickup...

My Waja got that indicator, but not functioning of course. I think Proton put it the the developement stage to make it easier to implement those features if the need arise.

as far as i know from Persona owner club, there arent much power window, door problems.
most problem are radio and buttons problem, but its solvable, pay not even 1 cent for it.
the fabric will be different when u purchase high-line since it comes with leather.... ur door panel will eventually look better.

MPV are safety mover, powerless or torqueless or what ever u said is subjective to every buyer.
you find it not ok, doesnt mean everyone not ok with it.
and how many times u drive 7adults around.... tsk tsk.

Yeah, I agree too! I would say the Exora is powerful because my Wira at home takes about 25-30 secs from 0-100km/h!

Yup, tested today ... I timed my car going one straight stretch, after 22-23 secs, got traffic light in front so had to stop and didn't manage to reach 100 also ... at that time, was only 85km/h haha

did u really test it? i mean going on slope and highway?
I tested it last weekend. NVH not bad, suspension not bad, spacious interior, love the gadgets.
When i tested in on the road, its good when rpm go above 2.5k But below that, it sux............the low end torque is not good enuf.

hello every body, this is my review after test drive exora yesterday...
3.engine.. for me, horrible, there a hill just 30 meter high with road lengh 300meter at taman lensen to taman bukit anggerik(cheras KL), exora cannot go even to 50kmh to climb that hill.. in the car got 5 person with everage weight of 60kg-70kg, ive aredi drive like manual, which at the bottom of the hill, i put to L, then full trotle, after that when change to 2, it feel cant go more, the engine just can affort to maintain at 45kmh - 50kmh....even my uncle avanza 1.5g can go up that hill  60kmh-70kmh with the same amount of people plus 2 children..

Conclusion from me, who ever look for style, design, comfort, pls go ahead and buy, but pls dont aspect to get much power from it, no power lo... dun be embarass if you buy it and cant climb genting highland with full of your family inside while a proton wira 1.5 standard can overtake you.

i agree with u !!!! i love proton too,i brought the first batch of persona dont mind being a tikus putih.. not much complaint but only the F.C that all.. rather than that is a good car.    

i test it last 2 day n is so so under power that MPV!!!
pity the people who buy it even is reasonable price...if more like pay to geram only,     i like the design but is so under power, have to let it go.
normal road is ok to drive but up hill,my goodness..how can the engineer do this... 
i hope the manual version will b better
proton sure can do better than this.. i mean the power wise for the MPV
