i received an erroe msg while installing.. and the phone only shows a cable connected to itunes.. already stuck for some time.. what should i do? itunes doesnt detect my phone

i have a weird arrangement of my applications.. the first page is ok.. then the second page only got 1 application which is IM+ lite, then the third page is full of applications.. then fourth page with the rest.. is this normal?

i can initially send mms using the setting given.. im using digi.. then i chg a maxis sim card to try the tethering thingy.. and now i chg it back to digi.. and now cannot mms edi.. even i restarted the phone several times and retyping in the settings..
