Here you go for tethering on Celcom. Suprisingly easy to create. I used the settings from SG telcos on http://help.benm.at/help.php. To get this on your phone, you either need to click the link using MobileSafari or email it to yourself and open it in Mail.app on the phone. You guys who are trying out the mobileconfig and IPCC, note that it won't work on the iPhone 2G (1st-gen), i.e. the MMS settings and tether will not show up in Settings.
