SDK is important for developers. usually when you announce on OS update, the major interest is placed on the developers. if these developers never get a taste of the OS beforehand how they are going to make new apps?

even if there is tethering it will only be available for AT&T only?

i guess its more like apple is introducing a "business model" to dig more money from the customers. lol.
it benefits the developers and apple as well. in the end the customer suffers the monetary damage |

normally firmware upgrades are free for iphone. only ipod touch users will have to pay when there is a major upgrade. just when i tot i can use back my old bluetooth headset but oh well

maybe its just a hardware shortcoming for A2DP. hopefully someone will save original iphone users with hardware plugin with the help of the new hardware API
