Hi all, I'm thinking to own a iphone but I'm actually a newbie in IT.. There are some questions that I wish someone could help me out..
1. What is the different between Unlocked and normal iphone.. I mean unlocked from what?
2. I heard that there was a new feature on iphone 3Gs ''copy and paste'' what is it means?
3. I notice that the price in USA is only USD199 for 16GB,is it come with conditions?
4. If i buy the phone straightly from USA will it able to use in malaysia?

Maybe i have to admit that i'm noob... After reading the guide i still confuse..
We can use Pwnagetool/Quickpwn and yellowsnow to unlock iPhone3G, then why it says we have to be alert from buying a locked phone?
Are Pwnagetool/Quickpwn and Yellowsnow able to unlock all the iPhone3G in the world? Like At&T set?

Ok one last question... How can we have to get into the menu to get the info about the version of the baseband and firmware,without activate the phone? Cannot right? Then buying a locked IP3G have to depend on luck o ? If it is baseband 2.30.00 & firmware 2.2.1 then we can use yellowsnow, if its version is above that, gameover...
