usually one of light bulb burnt caused the light rapidly blink...

there have possibility by sense
1. pump higher voltage into the stock thermal flasher
2. pump stock voltage into the modded thermal flasher

but take ur own risk since we never see any cars those "feature" yet, u may be the "white rat" for this "feature"...
