What he means is cut your side panel and make it have a transparent window.
After that, spray your interior black. Also do some proper cable management, do some UV sleeving, UV fans..

drill from 50 to 200 or bigger one cost nearly 1000 jig saw from 50 to 200 or above. the 50 one sold in hypermarket like giant or carefour which is pretty lousy.

you should give yourself a brainstorming on all modding outcome posibilities
then ask for guidance ... randomly asking for ideas arent helping .. in fact everyone has a different idea .. and it's hard to potray it on words alone
check other forums .. use google .. check on their designs for referencing

for starters .. i think u "can" use Coolermaster watercooling set
my first watercooling .. i didnt start with a whole set .. i simply purchased different parts and use it
unfortunately .. it's more better performance by purchasing different parts .. coz different manufacturers are more specialized into developing their products
the reason i recommend the use of watercooling set .. is because it's very hassle to setup one .. using various parts .. it's more easy to simply buy it, install, fill coolant ..
for my case, you'll need to flush the radiator with hot water, run it 24hr using filter .. install this and that ... coz it require a certain degree of knowledge especially in chemistry to work it .. not to mention the patience
oh .. one thing .. never buy thermaltake watercooling set ... zalman and gigabyte is ok .. but no thermaltake ... they mix aluminium + copper then the acrylic plastic is very prone to break ... bad idea if you have RM2k GPU got splashed with water leaks and kenot RMA
you'll have to ask a few more ppl before watercooling ... this forum doesnt seem to have enough topics on watercooling .. most ppl here doesnt seems to DIY a lot
