Cant find the above in the Alphabetical Lisitng of Laws of Malaysia (LOM). Not a lawyer here and would appreciate those with legal knowledge to give some input.

What books do I need to find more details and definition about the above laws?
And what is the relationship of these laws with the ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987 Act 333.
