yar... once u online with ur mod console and if server detect it...
it will auto banned u from Live... or else, u can try called up to Sg MS support to register ur console. they might able to tell u afterward.. =) |

 I think TS wanna buy an used Xbox360 and he/she want to know if the box is banned or not. Erm...no way telling that other than try to connect it to Xbox Live. |

Try to connect it to xbox live via modem, and if it gives you errors, then copy the error code and google it. It will tell you whether you are banned or not, and they will tell you that you have violate the terms and condition of xbox live.
