In your previous statement, you NOT mentioning that the pressure in the exhaust system. Now, they alot people modified their exhaust route as short as possible. Some my friend done it and it does improvement for the respond. Why people don't make the exhaust gas come out straight from the exhaust port? Because the exhaust gas is hot! You expect the give more performance if the engine running in higher temperature? sweat.gif

when the price of rm26,999 for iswara LMST been implemented? (i mean which year, bcoz i prefer to buy a 2nd hand car)
i found that there are a car with stock small exhaust and big exhaust (i believe the big one also stock) ..are there two different type or what..

what ur feeling in riding this car, in terms of comfortable and FC?

willing to hear ur answer, as it give me some guide in deciding the right car..

icon_question.gif HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS THING  laugh.gif

im not driving LMST  laugh.gif
*
If you wanna get a 2nd hand LMST, I believe there is much more BETTER choice for you. Why still go back for saga carb? Get a 2nd hand wira which using EMS 400 system on 4g15. That is the thing is much more better to spend if you wanna get a 2nd hand LMST.. I already fed up with the outcome which my car can give me and the amount i spend on my lmst, is totally not worth at all...

Finally, someone who replied  biggrin.gif thx sifu catacombss
Anyway, i only got to know about this when my mech jacked the car up to uninstall the gearbox..
Apparently it is installed the other way around, inverted,terbalik..

I'm not trying to make enemies/flame/target or what but..
The front and rear mounting has been changed around 8~10 march, i could'nt remember the actual date..
It was done by one of the forummer, cheeann for a price of RM180 include labour.
Weird thing is, i accidentally saw the bill(he brought me to the sparepart shop and he went n buy it) and it was stated 2 items, one around RM30+ and the other one RM50+ , i assume its RM30+ for the front and RM50+ for the rear.. when he saw me look at the bill ,he said that "u cannot see one this..etcetc.." (i'm guessing he resell it to me?and with a profit of almost 2 times the price?)

Honestly i don't remember that much but he was kinda like trying to change the topic  blink.gif
Then when asked around some mechanic shops , they said the most they charge is until RM120 to change both mountings.. honestly, i was shocked! I dunno la how good is the so claimed "better and stronger mountings" by cheeann but if u bought it at that price and sell it to me to earn 2 times the profit, while keep telling me things like "i charge ppl lower.. i dun overcharge my customer etc etc".. and even installed it the wrong way.. u seriously have some attitude problem.

Same goes to me speedometer , bought at the shop for RM145 and sell it to me infront of the shop for RM170?telling me that u have to earn also, etc etc..as a forummer, as a friend, as a fellow LYNian.. why don't u just bring me to the shop and let me buy there?

I don't have the receipt to prove it, so its up to u guys whether to believe or not. Yes, finally..i have learnt my lesson.. just when i thought that i found my good mech.. i got chopped instead , good learning experience i suppose? To cheeann, please don't go around offering help when u don't know what u are doing.. u have did it on me, i was stupid to put my 100% on u believing that i've found my mech to do my regular car maintenance. So please stop trying to cheat other people's money  wink.gif

Anyway, enuff about the long talk..my mech said he'll reinstall the mountings for me altogether with my gearbox rclxm9.gif  rclxm9.gif
*
Actually is normal that we need to mark up the price for profit.. This is normal for mechanic outside. If we don't earn profit, then how we gonna earn money? Mechanic also need pay.. Same like what I done.

Mounting have many type. Some can offer Rm120, some can offer RM180, some can offer RM90 for front and back engine mounting. I had a customer which bought and installed both mounting only RM80.. One month later, it spoiled. Actually there is no better or stronger mounting except for ORIGINAL PROTON PART or MITSUBISHI MOUNTING which from japan. Original Local Proton mounting already cost RM145 for the front and RM156 for the back. And Mitsubishi cost around RM200++ for each mounting. I don't feel logic at all that outsider claimed that some part are even better that original part. Unless you are upgrading for stuff like those performance brand.

Actually is very sensitive on this matter.. Let me make it in simple way. Let said you are the mechanic while mostly some of the customer is your friend.. If all part we didn't earn profit, how we gonna to survive? We are not opening a kerja amal workshop.. We need earn and we need to see boss 'face' to survive..

This is wrong.. I wonder how many people know the mounting it have marking? The hole at side of the mounting is the marking. That hole should be in front.. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif That mounting installed terbalik ma... Furthermore, the way tightening the mounting also very important..

I wanna share something with you guy especially for those who got do grounding on their engine.. Please CHECK the grounding point either it screw on painted body with using painted screw. If yes, that grounding is useless.. Cause painted surface cannot go tru current. I see alot of my customer car go those accessories shop to install grounding, end up all screw on painted body with using painted screw. Mean you are paying something which useless..

Today I modified a saga BLM.. Changed to 1.6 campro piston, crankshaft and piston ring. Then used gen 2 throttle body.. The car give me a shock. Really damn power when I test drive the car after I done those stuff... Below Rm1k settle all those stuff.. Cheaper than modified a 4G13. sweat.gif

Yes.. You can use Ron95 in your iswara/saga. But you need to do tuning. Or else, it will have pinging sound.. And another thing is, I sure that the power sure will decrease ALOT...

I doubt all new efi car in the market can use Ron95. It might be can be use but those part in the vehicle may not last long.
