in iTunes, click on Applications

on the bottom right click on "2 Updates Available", then "Download All"
then just sync

there is usually a bandwidth restriction (on the gprs/edge/3g network) if you are attempting to download a application/podcast/music from app store/itunes of more than 10MB in size.

hence you can either download them on your iphone via wifi or itunes.

to do that, click the application tab (on the left under library). there should be a "XX updates available" icon visible. from there, click on that icon and the rest ought to be self explanatory. synchronise your iphone again and voila!

the least that you can, is to close your own thread.
