I'm going to buy a notebook this weekend. What is the best brand "best value for you money" notebook ? Also got support or service center somewhere in Perlis or Kedah. Cause I'm going to buy it for my sister which stays in perlis.
budget : RM1900-RM2000.
usage : Internet and school works
