the gpu on 5935G is weaker than SXPS 16.

helo peeps, i've search and read through the forum..but I still wanted to ask here..can anyone give me recommendation on laptops which has aroudn 13-15inches screen, 2 gig ram and not atom processor..plus I wanted the laptop to have the color pearl white..can I get it around 1.5k -2k since my budget is quite tight? And also allow me to ask, is the laptop that is recommended to me can do programming well such as matlab and visual c++ without any lags?

Another question..which is the pro-link glee ta 009 which is a netbook...can it used for pgrmming such as matlab and visual c++ without any lags?

lag or not, depends on how complex your programming.
school work should be fine with basic setup.

the Acer counterpart for SXPS16 and N51Vn should be Aspire 5739... comes with GT 240M as well... not sure if MY has it...
