I dont understand why they include the following terms:

8. Maxis shall not be liable for cases such as the non-availability of the iPhone 3G or non-approval of the iPhone 3G or any other cause resulting in the iPhone 3G not being made available for sale in Malaysia. Maxis reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice in such manner as Maxis deems appropriate. These terms and conditions shall be subjected to and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia

inline with the fact that malaysia is still not in the country list in apple website, does this means that maxis is still negotiating with apple..???

ps. sorry if this has been discussed before, GOD 29 pages are not easy to read..
