The temperature of the side where you connect your magsafe is tend to be higher that's pretty normal, but you sound like yours is freaking hot. Do you use coolerpad ? Or SMC fan control? It helps a lot boss smile.gif If you do hv both of them then may b you should send it for a check smile.gif

Yea, quite a normal phenomenon in my MacBook white when i played game like DOT.A or ran plenty of apps simultaneously. Anyway, the fan speed should slow down after you closed those apps and the lappy has cooled down.
