some question about video, a bit help plz

i use vediora to convert video to iphone format,so after tat,how am i gonna put into iphone?
been looking into the sync part of video,it doesnt looks like wat photo part are it jus have those unwatch,tv show,so how am i suppose to put in my video wherei jus convert? btw those movie are in my library,been trying for the whole afternoon,and still cant figure out  |
