is possible to surf on omnia during activeSync on my laptop?

my laptop have broadband connection.

i couldn't surf right now with omnia.

plz advice

i just want to try google map & enhanced GPS setting on omnia, coz that application required internet connection,

on the setting>enhanced GPS setting

there's "auto download when connected to PC via activeSync", that's why assume when omnia connected to the laptop,
it will get internet connection too.

unfortunately, extra data download is failed even on activesync.

correct me if i'm wrong,

i already checked that option, but still couldn't download xtra data...

nope, i'm using DSL modem to connect internet...if got wifi, i wouldn't ask here

if on wifi, i dont have any problem to download xtra data,google map, or anything..

is really weird, why the omnia have that option but it can't used.

i'm using XP with activesync and already synchronize all the data. yes, u r right, i'm 1st timer, but
i will study and googling first, if still can't find the answer..i ask here lor..


yalor..that app. only for vista right?...yup,with sync ON and cable attached, it still doesn't work at all..
