my Omnia 16gb white edition/sg set/fullset (all white accessories except for da charger)/rm1400/2nd hand but its mint condition

im using omnia but i have problem with my ringtones
if someone call me the ringtone sound is slow then after few seconds it come back to normal
how to make the ringtones loud from the beginning
can anyone help me with this probs
