u expect a phone as slim as omnia not to disperse heat when on full load?e.g. on wifi /gps?
A-GPS is assisted-gps,that helps ur omnia to get signal locked faster.

Skype & Garmin can be installed into "My Storage" or "Storage Card" and will not take up too much of your main memory. Don't know 'bout TCPMP, but still it shouldn't take up 20MB

No, there's no app to increase the ROM or the RAM. It's build into the device and can't be changed.

I'm using a custom ROM from shokka9. It's a naked ROM, without all the craps Samsung put in.

This ROM I'm using also had alot of the useless image & sound files removed, usable/necessary sound files are also compressed, so that's why I have alot of ROM & RAM space.

All my apps, games, ringtones, bla bla bla are installed in "My Storage" except S2U2 and SPB MS. Even Office is in "My Storage".

Check out shokka9's latest ROMs HERE. His ROMs are very stable and fast.

And while you're there, please help me by posting a comment there. I'm trying to bring more life to his thread. It's too quite.

in worst case..yes ur phone can become kaput liao...

Thanks.... but actually say now, i only put garmin, skyscape, TCPMP, total commander, SKtool and SIS Plum but storage memory only left 14.45mb. all i select to install into memory card but dunno why it'll be like this T_T
The ROM u meant is to be cooked into Omnia rite? So it'll void warranty?

i want to share my nice experience at samsung plaza beside the federal highway
i went there with hope to change my touchscreen for free although my warranty already expired on august 2009
suprisingly they said can change the touchscreen for FREE
besides that,i also using unofficial ROM at that time and they dont even bother about it
so i have a new touchscreen for my omnia
much more responsive than before
