I am using official unlocked iPhone 3G, 16GB white. Just got 2 questions;

1. Does the phone download data using Wifi when it's turned on or does it still use 3G/EDGE? I am asking this because my maxis bill for Data has suddenly increased after using iPhone to RM400+!! Been playing a lot with the phone but most of the time I connect to Wifi.

2. I had one experience when the phone just suddenly blackout and unable to turn on. Not sure if it's due to the 'Over Heating' of the phone or any other reasons. The phone came back on again after about 3-4 hours by itself. Weird!

Anyway, on the whole, I reckon the iPhone ROCKS!! simple & uncomplicated..

thanks for the expert replies guys.. going to try the 'disable' thing on the cellular network APN. Hopefully, next month's bill will be less!! haha! Recession now larr...
