1. hold the image for approximately 2 seconds, then a pop up dialogue appears from the bottom.

2. press both the home and sleep buttons simultaneously; pictures are then stored in the camera roll.

3. once they are downloaded, you will realise that the attachments will be there perpetually (unless you delete them)
