1) yes why not because its saved in your itunes id i guess (correct me if im wrong)
2) same as the above. when u bought an app , the system will record your purchase and when u change to laptop or so and u click download on the purchased app , they will be downloaded to your laptop for free

does the app transfers like ssh?
