ooo...this makes the phone funnier then
according to the owner, its from singapore and when i was doing the phone, kept DFU and restoring but unknown error will occur after the end of the restoring, then the restore mode iphone screen will just stucked there but somehow i duno i ter-click something or what, i woke the phone up and its having the settings as per above..and it even activated itself using the maxis sim that was inside after that just quickpwn and stuffs and if this is really a US phone, when i was doin the phone up, there is definitely no yellowsn0w involved what baffles me is that baseband can be mismatched one meh? i always thought 2.2.1/2.30..2.2/2.28 |

yea now i understand its that error 1013 if i didnt remember wrong
and i've cross checked with the apple serial number directory too and it does shows the origins is from US but its officially unlock as far as i can see, this phone is funny just one more thing, after the error all i got was the phone in restore mode and i don't actually have the faintest idea how i jumpstarted the thing back to life, abang frozz boleh tunjuk ajar ke? cuz yesterday night i bantai saja tekan here tekan there walla its back to the magic screen This post has been edited by =Hanxz=: Jan 31 2009, 11:51 AM |

QUOTE(frozzbyte @ Jan 31 2009, 04:54 PM) @Hanxz the phone had been returned to the owner d, its fixed Bring the phone and see what we can do. I'm just afraid that your client bought it from singapore but not from singtel and it use a hardware unlock thing. There's a service in cambodia that rip off the baseband chip and reprogram it for the unlock. anyway i will elaborate more during TT later, now kerja dulu lowyat |

@PeeEl
good point there, it is not that we do not want to help. but god help those who help themselves, and previously I was on the verge of blowing my top off answering his questions via PM @1212345656 do not take this personal, but i do feel that you are taking the spoon feeding culture to the next level. |
