yeah.. u're right.. i meant the phone icon..
i can't dialed that button number and also cannot dialing any number
but still can received call in and sms.
i just can make call out if i go to contact icon and browse any person only in list to call.

It seems that Truphone is laggy while loading that application.

Anyone know both application's PRO and CON?

Can someone verify with me that iPhone 3G US set can be unlocked or not? I'm looking around for information but no luck so far.

currently there is no software unlocked method for US set...... you could use turbosim to unlocked it which is the hardware method....

there are problem with the hardware method and Mr Cola has already explained previously about the problems with turbosim...

my iphone these days keep on got drop call issue, or my sim card will suddenly be locked, and i need to unlock it (more then 5 times a day)

then sometimes when people call me it will automatically went to voice mail, then only i receive a sms telling me that i got a miss call

Describe more about your iPhone3G. Is it official unlocked or unlocked by hardware method (turbo/rebel and etc)?

I experienced almost same problem as yours previously when i'm using locked US set and goes with Rebel sim. Line drop, drop calls, when I enable 3G, outgoing call/sms works but no incoming call/sms.

apparently, it turns out that there is a built in heat/temperature gauge which i find it weird as malaysia can get pretty hot at times and plus mine is perpetually inside my pocket. i have never encountered such a pop up before.

anyway, so the next time, if you do find that your unit refuses to charge, perhaps this could be the reason?

I got this issue before too.

But all i did was paste a layer of sticker at the back of my simcard. No problem ever since.

becareful of sticking stuff at the back of ur simcard, I think 1 forumer here had his sim card stuck in the iPhone because the cellotape melted
