FAQ

1) Are these original?
Answer: Yes. Best way in my opinion to tell is to listen to the sound yourself. Fakes cannot reproduce the quality the originals can give. If they can, then I'll rather buy fakes for the cheaper price! Second way to tell is on the packaging. Fakes have some tell-tale signs on the wordings, package markings, physical features, etc. You can find websites on this by googling them.

2) What's the warranty?
Answer: Sennheisers offer 2 year warranty but unfortunately, I didnt buy these earphones locally so I can only offer my personal warranty of 1 year.

what is G4ME stand for ?

its just another fancy sennheiser name for GAME edition. the looks is different, color is chrome silver and it has better noise blocking compared to the normal non-game CX500 model. for gamers to play their games uninterrupted!
