Those are IKEA bestå shelves with the back panel removed for better ventilation.

The OBSERVATÖR cross brace is added to support the shelves because of the removal of the back panel.

Hard to say, this very much depends on personal preferences

Both platforms share a lot of 3rd party games, so the choice comes down to which company has more exclusive games that appeal to you.

Choose PS5 if you like Sony's brand of cinematic story-heavy games like Horizon, Spider-Man, The Last of Us, etc and if most of the games you want to play include titles from devs like Capcom, Bandai-Namco, and Square-Enix

Choose Xbox if you are more into titles from Western devs (i.e. EA, Activision, Ubisoft), or you're heavy into titles like Call of Duty and Halo.

One major advantage Xbox has over PS is Game Pass, which is a very economic way of getting new games to play on a monthly basis... including Microsoft's own AAA titles on Day One.

On the other hand, PS5 has proven to usually have better versions of 3rd party games in this generation with faster loading and consistent framerate, even if they generally run at a lower resolution like 1440p or 1800p vs Series X's 1800p or 2160p.

The Resident Evil games have proven to be better on PS5, as with The Witcher 3.

On the other hand, EA's Star Wars games are better on Xbox.

Of course other titles like GTA V and Mortal Kombat 11 are 95% the same across both consoles.

I personally love both as I really enjoy Sony's cinematic games, and the wide buffet of titles available on Xbox Game Pass as well as the lack of nonsense regional restrictions Sony apply to their digital store.

Yup! Fully recapped, CR2032 battery replaced, RGB mod installed and set to 240p output.

Absolutely beautiful video when upscaled with the RetroTink 5X.
