Check out my updated setup....again? yeah , this is the latest..

anybody could help me on my setup? before this i was playing my PS3 on my LCD TV..

then now i bought Acer Monitor X203H for PS3 in my room..i also used the HDMI to DVI converter..

the problem is:
1. it says it doesnt support the input..i cant view the PS3 menu..but i can play games when it loads..
2. when i hook up my speakers to the Audio Out of the LCD Monitor it doesnt have any sound at all..even if i dont hook up my speakers, it also doesnt have sounds..the LCD has built in speakers btw..

any help would be much appreciated..

dude...ur ps3 in very dangerous position....im afraid it might be fall from the subwoofer plus putting PS3 on top or nearby the woofer might kill your ps3

Others in the picture: HP laptop, 1Tb ext harddisc, Benq DVD writer, MX 518 mouse with razer mouse pad with arm rest and Casio calculator.
