jam, i feel tht i have been bottling up all my emotions, grief,ect ect. and i dun think i can bottle up anymore.
im at the verge of a break down i think.....

i tried to bottle up, and it work. i just put on a smiley face and not think about it. u know think positive and such.

it work. but i dun understand why now, its going to break loose lik tht.
