I thought the HD4890(512MB) is priced 200$USD so at least RM 700-900 + is acceptable..I guess you mean 1GB version,since 1GB version is yes,RM 1100+

1GB is estimated $250~$300
For 512MB is estimated $200

Dont look down on HD4890.Perhaps and MAYBE it might be on par with GTX285..Who knows?

Yes.GTX 275 may surpass this..but still for the same answer..not much frames
So you can pick either HD 4890 and GTX 275..
You keep overclock both of them..you will get either simillar results or just diff 1-5% only ..

Nope..I would say you need 800W PSU like Corsair TX750 or any equivalent..

Make the Splash connected with HD4890
And a little transparency to it
