go to hardware store
Buy any brand of spray paint . Just tell them the color . I recomen ANCHOR DPI  It is called Fluoresccent Spray Normal Spray Paint would cost RM7MAX As for Fluorescent i have no idea , around RM20MAX It is called Fluorescent Spray . Saw it at ACE Hardware last time . Sand it if you think it needed to be sanded . Start with 400 or 600 Grit , then go to 1000 Grit , then 1200 . FOr smoother surface . |

Fluorescent spray got UV
Tell the hardware sotre to give you normal black . They have uhhh like ... Metallic Black and more more more , if that hardware store is specialized in selling spray . Just tell he , Flat Black , when he ask what is flat black , tell he , pure black |
