Anyone would recommend something that can stay tidy all day?

Humidity and heat is a problem I can never manage to handle when it comes to styling or keeping my hair. waiting tables and work in a kitchens all day. sigh.

How long is your hair first? Styling and current product that you're using?

It's an undercut kind of cut, the front top all the way to the back is the same length, around 5-6 inches. I recently learned that the flopping in experiencing at the back is because I need to get the top and back cut shorter than the front side. So I'll tell my barber to cut it that way next time.

I recently stated to use mousse as a prestyleyer, I find this helps with volume.

I use Uber.Men 3D Matt clay, effortless grunge, I got this recently so I am not familiar with it. Normally I use an oil wax pomade, those local tin ones.

I don't normally use hairspray because I can't stand how fragrant they are but I use the silver one, not satisfied with it and the toxic smell. Got the mr diy branded haipspray a few days ago, I like the hold, but it's too shiny and crispy.

get a haircut every 3 weeks. that should keep u tidy. or other wise go for bald fade or like me i always go for a razor fade. i also have a pretty messy and easily grow side hair and with that hair style my side hair will look nice for a month or so before i need another haircut.

as for trimming.... well unless u know what u are doing i advise against it. even myself who can cut hair (no im not a barber, just somebody who loves cutting hair and been doing that since i was 15 years old) wouldnt trim my own hair because of too many mistake can happen. Unless ure going for a buzzcut.... still i advise u against it.

even go to a those indian barber is still cheaper and u got a nice haircut.
get a good clay product. not out of the shelves one, invest in a good clay product like firsthand clay or something like Pristige clay

there are also alot of good oil based pomade too if u want to look slick but some ppl just dont like it because its a bit difficult to wash. (not really if u know how lol) but in terms of best kept hair oil based is usually i would look for. most of local pomade like gonzo and straits of malacca or vintage armor have a very good heat tolerance.
