Thanks to A+D and F+V, my fore+middle fingers are now officially dead. The worst thing is, I'm a lefty.

It will also count if you just shoot the emblem and quit the mission. No need to finish the chapter to get the game to recognise that you found the emblem.

I think if you didn't finish the campaign, and you go back to hunt for missing emblems, the ones you already got will not appear. But after you finish the campaign, it will reappear. So best is start a new game. Or follow walkthru

You can create an offline profile on GFWL directly from within RE5 itself. Simply pull up GFWL by pressing Home, goto Create New Profile, select Offline Profile and you're done. You can still save your games while using an offline profile but you won't get achievements.
