Getting Started Junior Member 55 posts Joined: Jan 2003	In that case, I better look at the phone, box, battery and warranty card carefully... nowadays, there's a lot of these gimmicks to attract customers... better be safe than sorry... Will give a call to zitron to double confirm this warranty issue as well before buying... cheers.

Getting Started Junior Member 55 posts Joined: Jan 2003	Just called up Zitron in Plaza Berjaya and clarified on the 2 years warranty thingy. They said Zitron never issues 2 years warranty even though it's Zitron set with stickers. Well, guess it's a scam... Zitron only gives 1 year warranty on phone and 1/2 year on accessories like battery, charger, etc...

NOKIA original distributor give 1 year only so far for Giant kelana jaya, the extended insurance is not the same as warranty, needs to make it clear.
