1) Tell the shop guy that you want to check the phone before making payment and you want to be 100% satisfied only you buy.

2) Check what the TS wrote on the 1st page..
a) Check for loose battery
b) Check light leaking
c) Check the earphone speakers
d) Check the unit make sure the life timer is zero
e) Check the IMEI code make sure it match with the box
f) Check the firmware number.. if its v20 should be no problem cos most of the above issues is fixed in the new batch
